1. Services

Little Stone Homes agrees to provide the services described in the proposal/estimate to the client, in accordance with these terms and conditions and the accompanying proposal.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.

3. Changes to Work

Any changes to the scope of work after the proposal has been accepted must be agreed upon in writing by both parties, with appropriate adjustments to the contract price and timeline.

4. Warranties

Little Stone Homes warrants its workmanship for a period of two years from project completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products installed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Little Stone Homes's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Little Stone Homes is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
